Our platform enables organizations to connect their Facebook Pages and other supported communication channels to provide automated customer support, AI-assisted conversations, and workflow automation.

- Individuals who communicate with Facebook Pages or other supported communication channels using AI chatbots or automation services powered by Sparktech Labs;
- Facebook Page administrators who authorize and connect their Pages to our platform;
- Businesses and organizations that subscribe to or use Sparktech Labs’ automation, chatbot, AI, and software solutions.
This Privacy Policy does not replace the privacy policies of Meta Platforms, Inc. or other third-party platforms used by our customers. Their respective privacy policies continue to govern the operation of their services.

We use Meta Platform data solely for the functionality requested by the authorized Page administrator and in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and applicable Developer Policies.
We do not access or process Facebook data beyond the permissions granted by the Page administrator.

Our services are not directed toward children below the minimum age required under applicable laws.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected in violation of applicable legal requirements, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
